Frazier Fathers
Frazier holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Windsor and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan. For over a decade he worked in the non-profit spaces across a range of roles focusing on community consultation and engagement, granting and grant writing, program evaluation, public policy research and strategy. After leaving United Way in 2021, Frazier co-led a national team of 11 during the CMHC Housing Supply Challenge that led to the creation of ADUSearch.ca, overseeing the legal agreements, data collection, geoprocessing, and mapping of 30 municipalities across Canada.
Frazier also led the first institution-wide strategic plan at the University of Windsor in over a decade. Reporting directly to the University President and the Chief of Staff, Frazier designed and implemented a consultation plan that navigated the diverse and complex institutional environment, creating pathways for new and different voices to be heard in an institutional process. The result was the new ASPIRE Strategic Plan that has formed the backbone of institutional processes and decision making since 2022.
Frazier was recognized by the Atkinson Foundation in 2019 as one of the 100 leading progressive advocates in Canada, by the Windsor Essex Chamber of Commerce as a finalist for Young Professional of the Year in 2022 and was a Finalist for the Hunter Prize in Public Policy in the Fall of 2024.
